Service Description

SERVICE DESCRIPTION: Want to make all the furniture selections yourself but need help in planning out your room's layout? The Space Planning option is great for you! Lustrous Interiors will create a floor plan that best utilizes your space to include your project needs and requirements. WHAT'S INCLUDED: • One (1) virtual meet to discuss project details • 2D drawings with the proposed floor plan with furniture layout • One (1) virtual meet to review the proposed floor plan HOW TO PREPARE: After booking online, please email the following to Lustrous Interiors at lustrousinteriordesign@gmail.com • Filled out Discovery Call Questionnaire (download at bit.ly/DisCovQuest ) • Photos of the room(s) requiring space planning; Include overall shots of the room(s) from multiple angles and close-up photos of important items (such as electrical, plumbing, and architectural details). • Measurements of the room(s); Include lengths, widths, and heights of the overall room, windows, doors, openings, and any other important architectural and electrical element in the space. • Measurements and photos of any furniture items you would like to reuse in the space. *Kindly note: Lustrous Interiors is not responsible for inaccurate measurements. Please triple check measurements prior to sending to Lustrous Interiors to ensure the proposed design will fit within the existing room(s). PRICE: • $500 per room (up to 300-sf per room with price increases of $100 for every additional 50-sf) *Please note: open space plans with multiple areas do not count as one room. For example, an open space plan with a living room and dining room will count as two rooms even though there is no wall separation between the two.
