Service Description

SERVICE DESCRIPTION: Need help selecting furniture and accessories but want to take the lead on the project? This package is perfect for you! Lustrous Interiors will create a space plan for the room(s) and specify FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) in a detailed schedule, but you get to order everything yourself. WHAT'S INCLUDED: • In Person Designer-Client Meetings o One (1) meet to do a walk-through and discuss all your needs/requirements o One (1) meet to discuss the floor plan and selections. Usually scheduled within 8 weeks after the first meeting. • Space Planning: 2D floor plans and elevations (for kitchens and bathrooms) • Mood boards • FFE specification (furniture, fixtures, and equipment): Lustrous Interiors will source FFE and provide a detailed schedule with product information • Maximum of 2 correction rounds HOW TO PREPARE: After booking online, please email the following to Lustrous Interiors at lustrousinteriordesign@gmail.com • Filled out Discovery Call Questionnaire (download at bit.ly/DisCovQuest ) • Photos of the room(s) PRICE: • $3,500 per room (up to 300-sf per room with price increases of $500 for every additional 100-sf) *Please note: open space plans with multiple areas do not count as one room. For example, an open space plan with a living room and dining room will count as two rooms even though there is no wall separation between the two. *Kindly note: There is a travel fee for in-person meetings of $1.50/mile from Granada Hills. Prior to our first in-person consultation, this travel fee must be paid.
