Service Description

SERVICE DESCRIPTION: Take the stress out of your dream home renovation by opting for Full Service Interior Design. In this package, Lustrous Interiors will lead the project from concept to completion. The design process for this package takes a minimum of 8 weeks per room. Construction, product deliveries, installations, and other will depend on the contractor and vendors. For higher end design, please note custom-made furniture may take a minimum of 6-months for fabrication; but lead times will vary depending on the fabricator's availability, the detailing of the furnishings, and the fabric lead times (for upholstered items). WHAT'S INCLUDED: • Site visits, client meetings, and design presentations • Space Planning: 2D floor plans and elevations (for kitchens and bathrooms) • Mood boards • FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) and Materials Specification: o Source FFE and materials and provide a detailed schedule with product information o Provide client with samples, as needed • Maximum of 2 correction rounds • Procurement: purchase FFE and materials; and schedule and supervise deliveries • Project Management o Lustrous Interiors will be the project's point-of-contact and work as the client's representative o Scheduling meetings with involved third parties at showrooms, workrooms, or on-site, as needed. (Third parties may include contractors, subcontractors, architects, etc.) HOW TO PREPARE: After booking online, please email the following to Lustrous Interiors at lustrousinteriordesign@gmail.com • Filled out Discovery Call Questionnaire (download at bit.ly/DisCovQuest ) • Photos of the room(s) *Kindly note: For every in-person meeting, a travel fee of $1.50/mile from Granada Hills will be added to the invoice. PRICE: • $8,000 per room (up to 300-sf per room with price increases of $1,000 for every additional 100-sf) *Please note: open space plans with multiple areas do not count as one room. For example, an open space plan with a living room and dining room will count as two rooms even though there is no wall separation between the two. *Kindly note: There is a travel fee for in-person meetings of $1.50/mile from Granada Hills. Prior to our first in-person consultation, this travel fee must be paid.
